October: Time to Reset and Refocus

The countdown to the end of the year is on! October is when most clients slowly get caught up in everything else BUT working out and start falling into the ‘holiday mood.’ Don’t fall victim to this trend. October is the time to RESET and REFOCUS to achieve those last few annual goals you set for yourself. It is common for the best fitness enthusiast to hit a roadblock at this time of the year, but we challenge you to make a tiny change to make a big difference to finish 2022 off strong.
