There is no time like the present, and it’s time to prioritize YOU in 2023!
This year we aim to help you improve your mental and physical health by offering even more resources to help you achieve your goals.
To start your journey, we suggest you prioritize, commit to and execute your new year action plan with clear intentions.
Personal Training
Whether you’re new to exercising or a fitness pro, we’re here to provide you with personalized coaching and support inside the club. Our professional programming, tools, and guidance will help you stay on track, reach your goals, and get to a healthier place.


Safety First
Patrons are required to wear a mask at the reception area and are encouraged to use face masks while working out on the main floor. Masks are not required on Cardio equipment, but must remain visible and ready to use when in 3 feet contact of other patrons or employees.
Personal Training

We offer one-on-one personal training solutions for those who are looking for something to stick with. We make sure to create a customized plan with both your exercise and nutrition.

Coaching

A Health Coach helps mentor, inspire, guide, and motivate a client to cultivate positive health choices. We are trained to keep you accountable and work through the problem areas that you haven´t been able to work through alone.
